The life of Austen

One can easily spot the difference between the french press, left 'Le Figaro', and the American press, right 'The International Herald Tribune'. It just proves to everyone who didn't already know, most Americans have no idea what's going on in the rest of the world! "If you don't like France, then bugger off"!

I can't be bothered to write my blog anymore. I would imagine that it's due to a lack of motivation, bearing in mind that I largely prefer numbers to letters. Or that I don't have anything interesting to write about.

I bought a Smalto tie today. It was 120 Euros. I thought that it was expensive, but then I considered the fact that I had paid 70 pounds for my first Armani tie when I was sixteen, so in fact it seemed relatively cheap. I already knew that I was going to buy the tie before I went to work, so I bought a shirt in Alain Figaret just to convince myself that I absolutely required a tie! That's how exciting my life is, hence no blog entries. Plus it's the start of the winter financial stress, as usual, so why not break the rules, and crank up the overdraft! I just paid more than two thousand Euros to fill up my fuel tank for heating, so what's a couple of hundred Euros on a few items of clothing(bearing in mind that I bought a cachemire Armani coat a month ago)?

Maybe acting school is a good suggestion from doctor Siou. I could certainly handle an actor's salary to keep up with my crazy lifestyle!!!
